CarePlans from the American Heart Association aim to help improve health outcomes

CERRITOS, Calif., Aug 26, 2021 – About 108 million U.S. adults have hypertension, but only about 1 in 4 has it under control. The Association’s CarePlans present actions people can take to improve their Life’s Simple 7 factors and are designed so that any person can work toward improved health.
